帶一家人出遊，2房間2晚，比較不巧有雨天氣也冷，很多項目沒開放。不過小朋友玩的很開心。自助餐和中餐廳味道也都不錯，酒店的服務非常好。非常適合有帶小朋友。

設施：總體設施比較齊全，能滿足不同年齡段客人需求；尤其水樂園和幻想島小朋友玩過都不想出來。
衞生：園區都很乾凈，客房無異味，比較滿意。
環境：園區還是比較大，有山有水，可以租自行車和電動車遊玩。
服務：剛訂票後就有管家聯繫我們，這裏要點名表揚管家小方一直在微信上週到服務，提前告知這種活動和注意事項，很暖心，還送我們小禮物。有機會一定會再來。

這次春節我們一家三口去森泊玩，無論是入住的木屋套房，酒店的24小時接駁車，雨林餐廳，還是孩子喜歡的水樂園和幻想島，都讓我們感到暖暖的服務和賓至如歸的享受。這裏的服務超出我的預期，管家倩倩小美女真的很貼心，大廳接待後就一直微信陪伴發送玩樂攻略，臨走還送孩子游戲幣和新年小禮物，給我們此行畫上了圓滿的句號。下次再來

這次住在隱竹裏，竹林間山林裏的小別墅好舒服啊！早上能聽到鳥叫，走到餐廳的小路上也很舒適！夢幻島和水世界還是一如既往的好玩，適合帶娃放電！
森泊的服務品質也是一如既往的高，每個服務人員都非常温柔體貼。尤其是度假管家一言同學非常細心，早在出行前一天就告訴我們天氣房間以及春節活動等情況，入住期間也特別體貼，尤其是我們需要個人衞生用品也及時送過來，果然是賓至如歸的感受！
同行正好有過生日的，還贈送了生日佈置和蛋糕，娃們都很開心！

去年暑假來過一次，孩子們就很喜歡，所以寒假決定再次莫幹山開元森泊。這次也沒有失望，選擇的哇哩哇國房間，雖然比上次小木屋套房小些，還是很舒適方便。水樂園玩得很嗨，幾個餐廳孩子們都很喜歡。也要再次感謝度假管家靜靜，熱情耐心的服務，再次感覺到了賓至如歸。
